Recruiting Campaign
The Need: Our client, a global enterprise with a workforce exceeding 10,000 employees, sought a unique way to educate their internal teams about the distinctive roles available within the company.
Solution: We delivered a 24-part micro-doc series, with each 60-second video showcasing a unique job role. Production was filmed throughout 5 states, allowing a 24-month runway to release videos on their monthly Employee News Letter.
Results : Greater recognition and collaboration within departments. The client was able to leverage videos for recruitment on social channels.
Internal Communications
The Need: Our client needed a way for senior leaders to communicate changes and new company roll-outs to their employees in a scalable way.
Solution: We teamed up with them to create 2-3 minute update and project roll-out videos from their top executives. We released 1-2 videos monthly to further drive communication from leadership.
Results : The client was able to communicate effectively and strategically (from a script) that speed up the learning process for updates and critical information to their employees. This directly impacted employee retention and execution of business plans that drive their business forward.
Employee Training
The Need: The client holds annual training for 350 team members. To help with engagement, they wanted a series of videos to break up their full day of training.
Solution: We delivered a 5-part series that covered specific topics filmed with humor.
Results: This style increased engagement and retention throughout the training. Which saw a reduce in employee turnover. This underlined their culture of a fun place to work.
Brand Awareness by Connection
The Need: The client was rolling out a product launch and created new sponsorships with a few athletes. They needed a way to market their product with them.
Solution: We worked with the client to roll out a podcast where we could cut down each interview into multiple shorts that could be leveraged over social media.
Results: This allowed an opportunity for the athletes to connect to audience in an authentic way. Generating 20 different video shorts were sourced from each interview. This allowed the client to have a longer shelf-life rolling out the campaign in a relatable & authentic way.
